The new wasabi mustard is coming along great. They look similar to broccoli, but I'm sure there's a different flavor, right?

And the arugula spent an extra day in blackout with a tray on top. That forces them to stretch while looking for light. If that's not done, they will stay shorter and harder to harvest. They'll turn from yellow to green today.

These along with the broccoli, pea, sunflower, and radish will be available for delivery on December 8th. You can purchase them all right now.

I'm also adding a spicy mix which includes arugula, mustard, and radish.

As usual, $6 per box and 4 for $20.

Happy thanksgiving!

I'm expanding inventory to include arugula and wasabi mustard. I'll also add a spicy mix to my offerings, which includes radish, arugula, and mustard microgreens.

This crop will be harvested on December 8th. Get your orders in!

The sampling trays I planted for the cottage market on Saturday November 16th at Harvest for the Hungry - Texas are coming along great!

The peas will look good because the stalks grow very straight.

The broccoli will look good because their leaves are smaller and the canopy is always very even.

The radish will be similar to the broccoli, but the leaves will be a little larger and the stalks aren't always straight. So the shape of the numbers might not be defined as well.

The sunflowers have a mind of their own. With their wiggly stalks and oversized leaves, I'll be surprised if "1836" is recognizable. L

But they will all taste great!
