While we are closed tomorrow 🇺🇸; we want to share our greatest appreciation to all of the current (and new) customers we connected with over the last week.

Being a 145 year old company (in a 250 year old country!!) our greatest joy is the nostalgia of hearing stories about our product.

From the 95 year old grandpa sharing out his soppressata recipe with his grandson to the local mom buying the best and freshest chicken product for her four kids. The dad who is showing his kids how to flip an Omaha burger to perfection - and yes, the first timer smoking a 20LB brisket.

It all brings us joy. And while our business as a wholesaler is what gives us great pride, we don’t exist without community. A local core group of believers.

We’re grateful every day to serve you.

It’s our greatest honor.
