Our girls and guys are set up in their new paddock!

We have partially completed our perimeter fencing, enough to begin our rotational grazing. Our ruminants and geese will be moved around the pasture based on forage needs, a minimum of once per week. Ducks and chickens will follow, aerating and scratching in over seeded forage seed as they go to improve the forage quality of our pasture.

Hey Folks!

Our first hatch of the season is expected to be the week of February 19th.

Of course we will have our American Gauloise/Bresse available, but in addition we will have a few rare breeds new to the farm. In the coming weeks we will be posting a few pieces on each of our breeds, so make sure to check them out and let us know what you want as the quantity will be limited!

Also, be on the look out for website news. We will be launching a site to stay up to date on farm happenings, see our current selection, and even schedule services with our poultry processing equipment rentals and new mobile poultry processing unit.

We look forward to working with everyone in 2024!

Black Friday liquidation!

We are sending our last run of American Bresse pullets to new homes. These girls are approximately 16 weeks old, and with some extra light should lay through the winter.

We won’t have any other birds available til spring, so if you are wanting eggs early next year here is your chance!

Message us for details.

Breeders note* these are cull pullets, meaning they did not meet our standards for our breeding program. They should all make good laying hens, but I would not use them as breeding stock unless you are committed to doing a lot of work with them.
