Additional General pricing:
I charge by live hoof weight which depends on market at the time, as of right now the live hoof weight is 1.85 per pound. Beef is coming off of a estimated 1000lbs animal. The 1.85 is NOT FINAL price. The price is not including the butcher processing fee. If buying a quarter beef their will be a deposit of 150$, this insures your spot. If something happens with the sale on my end. You’re deposit will be refunded.
Information for you:
The buyer if buying a quarter beef will end up with about 140-160 pounds of meat. This will be steaks, roasts, and ground beef and more.
