We have beefs available this April from local farmers to your table. Half steer or whole steer. Whole will run approximately $3600 plus processing. It will come out to about $8.50/lb for your finished product depending on how you chose to get it processed.

Big Louie. Introducing a dog to the newest group of heifers. This will help us in the coming months by teaching the cattle to move where we need them to go using a dog in a low stress and efficient manner. First we have to take our time and train the cattle over the first few days or weeks.

We will have a handful of finished Angus/Hereford steers available in April. They will weigh approximately 1300lbs. All were born and raised right here in Jefferson County off of one farm. Finished on grain for 150 days at my farm. All under 2 years old. Butcher dates are scheduled for the beginning of April in Strawberry Plains. About $3600 plus your processing. You can get a half or whole steer.

Louie has been earning a top spot here! He has paid our way at the trials here lately and earned his first reserve Champ buckle last month in Tennessee with a big nursery class! The cherry on top, he's still mostly a puppy. Looking forward to seeing him mature.

Edit: 1 whole beef remaining.

1 whole and 1 half freezer beef available in a couple weeks. These are nice quality yearling steers who have been on feed for 150 days. Averaging 1300lbs and 700-800lbs rail weight. Pm for more info!
