We're going to hold here while we can, if your freezer is getting low, consider stocking it up while this sale lasts!

⭐️ We're Booking Pickup/Delivery Dates for July through October right now!

Below are the links to fill out cut sheets, once submitted the site will direct you to check out. After check out, the site will direct you to book your pick up/delivery date! (We're happy to phone assist 865-441-6844) If buying beef and pork, only one pick up/delivery date is needed for scheduling.

Below weights would be your return weights, the product will come labeled, vaccum sealed in clear transparent packaging, with a year shelf life!

Majority of our beef cuts are grading Prime.

What a week...

Update:

⭐️ We have more fresh beef fat that we'd like to move tomorrow, come take some bags home, leave a donation in the cow jar at the counter.

⭐️Half of the Hot dog party packs have sold, We've been getting $20 for the 6lb packs, if you don't have $20, just give what you can and let's get these dogs out of here tomorrow, great for little get togethers.

⭐️ We still have HUNDREDS of already rendered tallow in quart sized Mason jars. Come by and get Dad some cooking oil tomorrow, pay what you think they're worth and let's move these jars out of here! Their shelf life is great, keep them refrigerated.

🥩We've got a bunch of our Ribeyes and Boneless Rib Loins cut and ready for our 4th of July sale. We're going to go ahead and launch that sale inhouse Saturday the 20th so anyone who comes by will have early access, website will be updated by Sunday morning! 🥩

The last retail storage issue we've found for this week!

⭐️Beef Tallow⭐️

Rendered, bottled by the quart, and refrigerated.

We have over 350 quarts from recent rendering and we'd like them moooooved.

✅️Come leave a donation in the cow tip bucket and take a jar home with you. ✅️

⭐️Plenty of tallow available, we still have about half the hot dogs left that we're trying to get moved, and the regular fat now has a waiting list, thank you all!

New day, new problem. Overstock:

We have over a thousand pounds of all beef hot dogs we need to get cleared out of the walk in freezer.

They are party packs, approximate 6Lb vaccum bags. I think the dogs are 8-1s(8 per pound, I think).

Cheap hotdogs for the bbq? Come on, Brook's making deals. Great for parties! We have a pallet of these things to move, come get some!

Overstock:

We have accumulated several hundred pounds of beef fat and it needs to go!

No price on it, you can just leave a donation by the counter at pick up. The fat comes already ground and in approximate 3Lb vaccum bags ready for rendering in the crock pot.

Mason jars are cheap, come grab some fat and make your own tallow. Great for seasoning cast iron pans and Blackstone grills, French fry grease, Fish fry? We have a few hundred pounds, come get some!

These are getting vaccum sealed & cooked in the sous vide machine until they hit an internal of 110, then I'm going to pull them and sear them in the big horn infrared 🙌😎
