For those who believe there's no such thing as too much coconut.

In Love with the Coco spent 23 months maturing in an 8-Year Barton 1792 Wheat Whiskey barrel before being conditioned on sweet toasted coconut and raw coconut chips, creating layers of coconut that are both decadent and beautifully balanced.

The wheat whiskey barrel contributes notes of honey, caramel, soft vanilla, and toasted oak, while the combination of toasted and raw coconut delivers incredible depth. Expect aromas of fresh coconut cream and toasted macaroon, followed by flavors of dark chocolate, coconut custard, roasted malt, and caramelized sugar. The finish is long, silky, and loaded with lingering coconut wrapped in warming whiskey character.
