Wow, have we been busy this summer into fall! Here’s just a few pictures of what we’ve been up to in the past few months. This isn’t even a quarter of the jobs we’ve done since June. Some before and after pictures (when I remember to take both pictures). We can’t thank our customers enough for trusting us with their water needs!

Had a unique well covering the other day. Many customers ask how they can cover up the metal pipe sticking out of the ground. Most commonly we see wishing wells and fake rocks. We’ve seen many clever ways of people hiding their wells but nothing quite like this yet. The best part is the customer thought ahead and made the truck so it could come apart when service is needed. When covering a well head we recommend something that can be moved fairly easy. We see a lot of people plant flowers around them which is okay but unfortunately we use a heavy machine that has to sit tight up to the casing which can end up killing anything growing around the casing. No matter what stay clear of planting trees or anything with large roots as they can actually push the casing and will cause long term issues with the well.

There is nothing better than clean water 💧Did a new install for a customer that wanted to ensure his tenants have clean non staining water. Ferrous iron, also known as clear water iron, will make water look crystal clear but will leave brown staining once oxidized. The most common places you’ll notice this staining is in toilets, bath tubs, pet water bowls, and on whites when bleached. In cases of high iron and low pH we can use two filters together to remove ferric iron and bump the pH to a neutral number, which helps prevent pinholes in copper. Don’t let your water ruin your white appliances and clothes, call us with any questions or if your current system doesn’t seem up to par. 😊

Did a big upgrade for this customer. They needed a new tank, cartridge filter, and softener. Went from a box store softener to a professional grade and put the cartridge in a much easier place to change. An updated softener includes a water meter in the head to ensure your filter is cleaning itself correctly and when needed.

Helped out another customer today with an upgraded filter system. Installed a cartridge filter to catch some iron and sediment, followed by a water softener to remove ferrous iron, hardness, and sulfur, and another cartridge filter with a carbon cartridge to polish the water, per customers request. We also increased the pipe size from 3/4” to 1” inch from the tank to help with water delivery to the duplex.
