third trimester health concerns, a surprise early birth & adjusting to our new life as a family of 5 can be blamed for the abrupt & lengthy hiatus, but now i'm beyond ready to get back in the kitchen for y'all! 🤩

my original dream for bushel & a peck was to be more of a homestead, but decided to start small with something i knew- baking. 🍪

this year, i'm ready to start expanding beyond baked goods & what better way to do that than hatching a new chick or 30? 🤪🐣
i'll be expanding my flock to be able to offer eggs for eating, hatching & live chicks! 🥚🐤
