🏐💟 We’d LOVE to see this idea catch on with more local volleyball teams!
Every year, Wagner and Parkston face off for their Dig for a Cure game, complete with a traveling trophy — which we think is pretty awesome. Each year, we also get to create the Dig for a Cure apparel for fans, families, students and players to wear that night. Pictured is this year’s Wagner vs. Parkston design!
And we add a little friendly competition, too — whichever team’s fans order the most apparel earns an EXTRA $100 donation from Apparel WorX toward their fundraiser! 🏆
But here’s the thing — you don’t need a rivalry or even another team to do something like this.
**HOW A DIG FOR A CURE FUNDRAISER CAN WORK:**
💟 Choose a game (or simply run for all October games!)
🏐 We create custom Dig for a Cure apparel for your school.
💟 Players, students, families and fans order their pink gear.
🏐 You choose where the fundraiser proceeds go — a local cancer organization, an individual or family battling cancer, or another cause that means something to your community.
💟 If two teams want to participate together, make it a friendly competition like Wagner & Parkston!
It’s a fun way to fill the stands with pink, bring your community together and raise money for a cause close to home.
