Seaboard Products began doing business as a beer, spirits and wine wholesaler shortly after the end of prohibition. Seaboard was the family's first wholesaler acquisition and began an expansion that continues today. In 1968, Seaboard was located on Canal St. Our facility was on the rail line and we received the majority of our inventory by train. The company's main products were Budweiser and Mich
elob, Genesee Beer, Old Thompson Whiskey, Leroux cordials and Chivas Regal Scotch. In 1970, Seaboard moved to its current location. Since coming to Danvers, the company has consistently evolved and grown. During the 1970's and 80's, in addition to being an Anheuser-Busch and Guinness beers distributor, Seaboard was a major wine distributor selling top brands from both domestic and European suppliers. Our facility and staff has increased in size and numbers in order to provide our retail customers with the high level of service they both deserve and expect from an Sheehan Family company. Today, a staff of thirty sales people represents Seaboard Products on the North Shore and in the Merrimack Valley of Massachusetts. They look forward to presenting the most impressive portfolio of beers, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages from the U.S.A. around the globe.
