Hickam Family Farm We are a small family farm located in Danville, IN. Breeding/ Selling show quality Myotonic and Boer Goats 🐐
Fresh Eggs 🥚and Honey🍯 For local pick up.

We will post goats and kids for sale when available. We strive to bring in solid bloodlines and preserve the Myotonic breed. We love helping out the youth and are happy to answer any questions if you want to learn more! We have two young kids and their love for animals is why we started raising goats. Finally getting time to post just a few pictures from last weekends show Rumble on the Rock.

Such a great show with some amazing competition and breeders. Thankful for the friendships we’ve made over the years of showing- such a blessing ❤️

Highlights of the show-
Naughty Goat Acres Ella was first in her class in show C and second in show B.
Hickam Farms Reba was second in her class in show B.
Kraftin and Kiddin Mistltoe was second in her class in show B- and top 5 in the two other shows.

We had a lot of goats moving up classes, being very young, and we’re still able to hang in there in some very large classes!

Hard decision to let this girl go-but we’ve decided to retain her daughter. She walks well on a lead and has been shown quite a bit. She is definitely more of a short bodied doe but packs some amazing muscle.

The highlight of the weekend (esp for Emery.)

Her bred and owned doe Hickam Farms Betty Jane was reserve grand champion doe in show A. We’ve always loved this doe- even just weaning kids about a month ago she looks great! Proud moment 🩷

Lots of competition with amazing breeders and judges showing- in show A all of our doe made it into the grand drive.

And both girls placed second in showmanship in show A and B- learning so much knowledge each time they show.

Back home again in Indiana we go! 😂

Headed to TN this weekend for the Lincoln County Fair Show- this was our first show in Tennessee and it was a learning experience for sure.
While we didn’t have any big wins for the day- we still placed decent in classes full of competitive and beautiful doe.
And highlight of the day-
