🐄🐮 Figured we'd give a little calf update!

This large but beautiful little girl was born 2 days ago and is so sweet! We hoped and prayed for a Lineback heifer and we got one!🙌🏻

She was certainly a surprise, as we didn't think momma was pregnant but she gave us a gorgeous White Witrick Lineback (new to us, too🤷🏼‍♀️🤷‍♂️) but she's A2A2 and solid! 🎉

Decided to name her Trixie, since she "tricked" us.😆

We love her just as much as her momma Mango in the 2nd picture.🥭

📣 We have an announcement! 📣

As we approach our official 3 years in business, and long after the transition from our 3rd generation Co-Op Dairy business to bottling our own fresh raw milk to sell directly to on the farm consumers and our wonderful local retailers; we are proud to let you know there are changes coming. Good changes!☺️

Starting on August 24th, we will be breaking ground on our new project/adventure. 🚧

What will be built over the next few months:

- A new self-serve area 🛒
- A new washroom to continue keeping all those bottles squeaky clean 🧼
- Our very own small scale Ice Cream facility (extended creamery space). 🍨

These advancements and additions will allow us to make our very own ice cream to sell not only on the farm but to other retailers in the area! 🎉

The new creamery will also allow us to not only continue to make and provide other dairy commodities from our own milk, but even some new ones. 🥛

Now onto the other important details.

As we move into construction we will slowly be turning our current self-serve area into the new creamery, and in that process also be building the new larger self-serve area. We are also looking to provide samples of our flavors, so you can try before you buy!😋

We are also planning to focus on keeping all ice cream additions made in house, and will do what we can to make that happen as soon as possible.🍪

**During this time there will be major construction, excavation, etc. occuring. We will remain open our normal hours 8a-7p, 7 days a week during this time unless specified otherwise. If we need to close while we move equipment, etc. we will be sure to update everyone as soon as possible.⚠️

Please don't worry, our raw milk, cheeses, butter, cream, etc. come first! Nothing is changing, just adding on/doing more with what we already have!☺️

We are beyond grateful for all of you who have supported us over the last couple years and continue to do so. Whether you are here weekly, monthly, traveling/visitors or first timers, the support has been overwhelming!! None of this would be possible without you all! 🤍

Lastly, we want to apologize in advance for a inconveniences this new project may impose and appreciate your patience as we work through this exciting transition! 🙏🏻
