We are still compiling results from the Kentucky State Fair and downloading pictures, but before we share all the highlights, we wanted to take a moment to simply say THANK YOU!

Our customers had an outstanding year in Kentucky, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have played a small part in it.

For more than 68 years, the Ellis family has been in the swine genetics business. Through those years, generations of pedigrees have been built, matings planned, pigs raised, and genetics placed into the hands of families who believe in them.

But the best part has always been watching what happens next.

Seeing those genetics go into strong homes, watching generations of our breeding come together, and then seeing those pigs line up while kids and families make memories, that’s why we continue to do what we do.

To every family who trusted Vista Brook Farms showpigs this year: THANK YOU. We don’t take that trust lightly, and we are proud to cheer for you whether you’re standing under the lights or putting in the work at home.

Attention Kentucky State Fair exhibitors who purchased a pig in our live 2026 auction:

We have shirts for those youth available at our stalls!

We are here until Sunday, please have those kids come get their shirt when their schedule allows.

For our youth customers, only.

If you purchased a pig and aren’t at the state fair, we will have your shirts held back and will get those to you throughout the fall.
