We’re switching things up—and we’re so excited to start serving BRUNCH! 🤍

Join us Saturday & Sunday for all your brunch favorites, delicious brunch cocktails, and the perfect way to kick off your weekend. Whether you’re craving something savory, something sweet, or just want to sip on a mimosa with friends, we’ve got you covered. 🥂🍳☕️

We will have some new items, along with some of our classics that you already know. Our signature burger will be available as a smash burger only Saturday and Sunday brunch’s, regular burger at dinner time as always.

Our new weekend hours:

Brunch: 10 AM–2:30 PM
Dinner: 4:30–9 PM

Our 2nd Annual Oktoberfest is coming to Barley Thyme Kitchen + Brew on September 25th & 26th, and we’re ready to do it all over again!

Last year was an absolute blast, with visitors coming from near and far to celebrate with us—and this year, we’re making it even better. ❤️

Join us for TWO days of Oktoberfest fun, featuring:

🥨 House-made German food served all weekend
🍺 Plenty of beer, including our very own Oktoberfest brew
🎶 Live music from local artists both days
🍻 Stein-holding competitions
🇩🇪 German-inspired festivities & plenty of good times
❤️ And the same small-town Oktoberfest atmosphere you loved last year!

Creme brûlée cake - vanilla sponge cake with a creamy vanilla bean topping that then gets sugar sprinkled on top and brûléed to order

Barley Thyme Kitchen + Brew is looking for an experienced, dependable part-time baker to join our kitchen team!

We are looking for someone who has professional baking experience and can work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

What we’re looking for:
• Professional baking experience required
• Strong knowledge of cakes, desserts, breads & pastries
• Ability to follow recipes consistently and produce high-quality results
• Comfortable working efficiently with larger-volume production
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to work independently and manage multiple components at once
• Comfortable working under time constraints for events and high-volume production

Our bakery production includes house-made desserts, seasonal specialties, brunch items, breads and large-volume event production. We have several exciting events and an expanding brunch program coming up, so we’re looking for someone who can jump in and help us keep up with the demand.

Part-time hours with the potential for additional hours during busy periods and events.

This peanut butter pie has been a hot seller recently. 🥜 🍫 We are making more tomorrow morning!

We also have a lemon mousse tart that is the most refreshing summer dessert. 🍋

Of course we are also making more peach cobbler cheesecake that keeps getting sold out 🍑
