Penry Farms Situated on the Gulf Coast in beautiful Baldwin County Alabama, Penry Farms began in the early 1930's as W. E. Penry and Sons.

Three generations of sweet potato farmers working together to produce the sweetest potatoes the south has to offer, right from the heart of Baldwin County Alabama. What began with only 80 acres four generations ago, has become almost 2000 acres of responsibly grown, commercially available sweet potatoes, cotton, and peanuts. Our potatoes are meticulously inspected and graded by hand so that only t

he best product is shipped ready for your produce department. The early growing season on Alabama's Gulf Coast means that our 100% cured new crop is usually ready by the first of August. Remember that at Penry Farms, our sweet potatoes are grown using the latest in clean pest control, conservation tillage, and precision agriculture.

Y'all, we have your local sweet potatoes!

Our potatoes are sweet as can be with a deep beautiful color (or white if that's what you like!)! These are number twos, which means they are the perfect single serving size. Enjoy that magic sweet potato per person ratio that's impossible with grocery store potatoes. Try them for dinner or stock up for Thanksgiving.
