Beef Jerky is marinating! I am naming one off then Armando’s Fire Jerky because of the peppers he gave me and the other stuff that is in the marinade. I do have the tamer, but little spice soy garlic beef jerky.

Pork jerky will be marinating in a couple days with an orange honey flavor which we will call Simply Raulicious Jerky (after William Rau), plus some Hawaiian. Maybe call it “Almost Over the Rainbow”.
