s with apples, plums, potatoes, tomatoes, squash, fresh herbs, and more! You never know what we might have to offer! We base our practices on the techniques described in Genesis. Eden was created without tilling the soil, leaving the ground covered and protected, working with the native plants on hand, and relying on groundwater to keep the garden happy. When we lost our Eden we forgot how to grow in harmony with the land and the creator. We hope that our practices will help restore our connection to the Earth and that we may inspire more to do the same. Last week our friends at Blue Moon Mushroom Farms gave us a tour of their facilities, educated us about the mushroom growing process, and even let us harvest our own Pioppini mushrooms!

Blue Moon offers multiple medicinal and culinary mushrooms, mushroom tinctures and custom blends, mushroom pickles and jerky, and even help starting your own mushroom endeavors!

Seth & Kayla are seriously some of the greatest, most genuine people in our lives, and we are honored to call them our friends. Find them and their mycelium offerings at the Fort Smith farmer’s market on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings, as well as many local restaurants that serve their mushrooms.

What a lovely surprise! 🌴🥰🌞

Last night while watering the plants we saw that our Persimmon seedling from Sulphur Springs Truck Patch has sprouted!

Last November, SSTP hosted their first ever community preparedness workshop - focusing on the American Persimmon. After a morning of cocoa and (bilingual!) education, we all took some persimmon seeds home with us in a bag of sand, and instructed to leave it in the fridge for the winter before planting in spring.

6 long months later we have this beauty shooting up, ready to take on the world! May it be the first of many.

Thanks again to our friends over at SSTP for believing in the powers of community, nature, and the magickal Persimmon 🥰
