Y'all I have fresh picked okra, zucchini, squash, slicing cucumbers, candy cane snacking peppers, cubanelle pepper, and beautiful large bell peppers.
ALL FROM MY GARDEN RIGHT HERE IN DARDEN.
we didn't buy this stuff for Resale. We grew it. We picked it..
It's fresh, not shipped, not stored, not gassed..

I had a couple of cute little helpers picking the garden today..
Farmer Ducky and farmer Coco are thrilled about the quality of our bell peppers.
Look at this huge beautiful Bell.
In the third picture Ducky is comparing a normal sized bell pepper to a Hannah's Homestead & Allen's Produce Bell pepper.

WE ARE OPEN. RAIN OR SHINE

ATT: I hurried and picked some before the rain and we have our first quart of okra and almost a quart of fresh picked homegrown tomatoes.. 😋
Y'all these ain't bought from Alabama and brought and resold to you.. EVERYTHING we sell we grew. Unless we state otherwise. (everything is TRUE LOCAL)
We tilled the ground and amended the soil. We planted the seeds, we watered, we watched it grow and we picked it to sell to you...
It's only only a quart of each but it's a start and soon we will be picking them by the bucket full. 😊
So excited... All this yummy LOCAL HOMEGROWN FRESH produce is available today... Come see us.

Oh and if you want green tomatoes, I will go pick ya some. 😊 That's what I am eating for supper tonight

Let's talk cucumbers y'all
I have a few people I have watched on YouTube for years.
One of them is Jess at Roots and Refuge Farm every year she grows silver slicer cucumbers.
I have been wanting to try them for a couple years but kept forgetting to order the seeds.
This year I didn't forget and I am so glad.
They are undoubtedly my favorite cucumber ever. (That I have tried)
I have been eating fresh cucumbers for lunch this week..
I have been making cucumber honey water 😋 so refreshing.. recipe in pictures 😊
I also have some pickles fermenting.
So I am just screaming to everyone if you haven't tried them you should.
They are long straight cucumbers with a silver, creamy white thin skin.
They are juicy, sweet, and mild with a crunchy, buttery texture that never gets bitter..
