Well we've had enough moisture this month about 9 in total last week we got 5 in just 2 days. Good thing it's coming early this year before we got this field planted this was our lowest land we have it's always the last field we plant so hopefully by June we could get in here. I remember when I was a kid my dad had a big willow tree at the end to soak up a lot of this water.

Our tank runneth over! This is what we like to see thanks to good feed good genetics and great management. The girls are working hard. Our 60 cows are averaging 75 lbs each or 9 1/2 gallons a day, just enough to fill our 1200 gallon tank. Our milk hauler has had us on every two day pickup. Now with the cows producing more he'll be coming every day instead!
