LOBSTER DONER 🦞

Yesterday wasn’t the day for a complicated recipe… I was busy reorganizing my kitchen instead. 😅

I finally tackled all the drawers and shelves that had been waiting for me: the space under the sink, my vegetable drawer, and the baking ingredients cabinet 🧺

💡 A little tip: if you’re shopping for organizers, bins, or storage boxes, measure your drawers and shelves first—and bring a tape measure with you. It makes everything so much easier!

I NEVER BRING HOME SOUVENIRS 🛍️ Well… not the usual kind. My “souvenirs” are almost always new ingredients to cook with. I love discovering a country through its flavors far more than through things. This wasn’t my first trip to China - I absolutely love coming here and never get tired of saying how much I adore Asian cuisine. This time, I brought back morels (Morchella) from Guangzhou. They’re considered a real delicacy. Their name comes from their distinctive honeycomb-like cap, which has inspired different descriptions across cultures 🍄‍🟫 As much as I love traveling, it feels so good to be back home - to my flowers, my daily rituals, and my favorite scents. Although, to be fair, most of my jars and bottles travel with me anyway. Sometimes I joke that home is wherever my little collection comes with me 😅 Still, I’m happy to be back to my routine 🤍 Have you ever been to China? It seems to be such a popular destination these day

THE AIRPORT FEELS LIKE HOME ✈️🤍 And I’ll never stop praising Turkish Airlines for making it feel that way. I travel a lot and have visited countless airport lounges around the world, but the one in Istanbul is truly on another level ⭐️ It’s the only lounge I’ve been to with such an incredible variety of food. Professional chefs prepare dishes right in front of you, and no matter what time your flight is, you’ll find an amazing selection of freshly baked pastries, salads, and hot meals. It’s especially convenient when you’re traveling with family. With vacation season in full swing, I know many of you are planning your next trip. So here’s my genuine recommendation: Airlines ❤️ With service like this, your vacation begins the moment you arrive at the airport. What’s your favorite country to fly to for a vacation?
