The last time Mustards pulled up to Salaam Fest, you sold us out completely in just 3 hours. This time, we’re coming prepared.

We grind our own brisket trimmings. Hand press every patty.
Season it. Then smoke it low and slow on our Primitive Pits offset before it ever hits the grill.
