Late season Jalapenos anyone?? Check out these delicious and spicy jalapenos!! Come out to the farm and grab a lb or two. We are selling them for 3.00 a lb, that's a steal!

We have 1/2 a hog left to sell... If you are still debating now is the time to decide.

1/2 hog will yield roughly 60-75 lbs of packaged pork born, raised, and processed here in the USA!

We have one and a half pigs to sell. They are going to the butcher today or tomorrow. We are charging 5.00 a lb based on hanging weight. You will be responsible for paying the butcher:

Butcher Costs:
40.00 to process 85 a lb to cut and wrap (vaccume or paper)
1.10 a lb on smoke weight (bacon, ham)50 a lb for sausage bulk
1.45 a lb for links small and large

You will talk directly to the butcher to complete your cut sheet and specify how you would like it wrapped. We can help you with this and guide you through the process!

The hogs were raised on our farm and fed choice grains for the best flavor. 🥓

Compost is being applied today! We make our compost here on the farm with chicken litter, wood chips, and other organic material. This minimizes our need for synthetic fertilizer. We have been growing this way before the buzzword of regenerative farming became popular!

Know your farmer...buy local.... It's better for you and the environment.

We have Jalapenos for sale! Perfect for stuffing. We are selling them for 3.00 a lb because we have too many! Come take advantage of our over stock!!

We also have some chickens available. They are frozen and $4.75 a pound. We processed them last weekend.
