Life partners Amy Belknap and Scott Fisher, we have been studying permaculture for over a decade and practicing the principles of permaculture on land that we leased. We have dreamed of owning our own land for many years and finally we have arrived at our goal. We have acquired 8 acres in the foothills of the majestic Cascade Mountains. Approximately 1.5hrnorth of Seattle, 30minfrom Arlington on t

he edge of Darrington, WA. BelFish Farm sits near the base of the iconic Whitehorse Mt, the entire ridge of this mountain is visible from the property. It is our intention to heal and develop this property into a sustainable permaculture farm offering year round crops and activities for our community. Art, music, learning, celebrations and of course lots of great food! We will offer primitive camping, glamping and cabin hospitality for guests of the farm and visitors to the area. We will offer hospitality packages that include fabulous meals, snacks, activities and adventures or relaxation and reflection. We will also offer internship to those interested in learning more about edible landscapes, permaculture and sustainability. Our goal is to be opening our farm Spring 2015 so please follow our progress as we heal our land and build on these concepts.

β›‘ Feb 6-11: RMAP - Remote Medicine for Advanced Providers Course // Perfect for paramedics, physicians, nurses and others who have extensive front-country medical experience and want to learn more about the unique demands of remote medicine.

β›‘ Feb 13-17: RMUR - Remote Medicine Upgrade and Recertification Course // Developed for EMTs who would like a remote medicine upgrade, or current Remote EMTs who need to re-certify.
Both are hosted at the Environmental Learning Center on Diablo Lake in North Cascades National Park, the ideal setting for scenario-based training. Includes lodging, delicious meals, and access to nearby winter recreation.β €
