New Seasonal Salad!

This salad has greens from New Story Farm in Hutchinson grown in their new deep winter greenhouse, apples from Wreede Good Apple Orchard in Litchfield, red onions from Prairie Drifter Farm in Litchfield, sliced pears, dried cranberries, parmesan cheese, sourdough croutons and a house made poppyseed dressing.

The University of Minnesota Extension, College of Design, CFANS, and Mechanical Engineering are partnering with five farmer partners throughout Greater Minnesota to build and test prototype farm-scale deep winter greenhouses. One of the farms is New Story Farm in Hutchinson, MN!

This pizza has a house made mustard cream sauce base, sliced bratwurst from Carlson Meat Shop & onions from Prairie Drifter Farm roasted in butter with caraway, coriander, mustard seeds and fresh rosemary & thyme, apples from Wreede Good Apple Orchard, Chatham Preservation Farm’s dill pickle kraut, and Redhead Creamery’s Lucky Linda cheese.

This delicious pizza has a house made pesto base, butternut squash from Prairie Drifter Farm roasted with fresh rosemary, thyme, oregano, garlic, lemon zest & honey, crispy bacon from Carlson Meat Shop , mozzarella & parmesan cheese and goat cheese from Donnay Dairy topped with fresh basil.

We are excited to have Mathew Lease back at Jomas Hill on September 27th from 2:00-5:00!

Mathew has been playing gigs throughout the Minnesota area for the past 15 years. He plays a variety of classic cover songs ranging from 50s/60s through today’s music including Eagles, Beatles, Sublime, Jack Johnson and many more.

The pear, candied pecan & cambozola cheese pizza is back!

This pizza has a garlic olive oil base, thinly sliced pears from Good Courage Farm, Cambozola cheese (a blend of creamy Italian Gorgonzola and French triple cream soft-ripened cheese), Parmesan cheese, caramelized onions & topped with candied pecans and arugula tossed with fresh lemon juice.

This pizza is a delicious combination of salty, sweet and savory flavors!
