At the farm of Tom and Joyce Carlson, Jomas Hill Vineyard is the home to 1300 Marquette vines (Marquette grapes are a MN hardy vine that make for a red wine similar to a Pinot Noir). 2011 was the first year of harvest. Since then, we've added Petite Pearl vines as well as MN hardy Itasca. We process all grapes on-site and age the wine in oak barrels. Tastings, flights, wine by the glass or bottle

are all available for purchase in our tasting room, which opened in August 2022. Jomas Hill Vineyard embraces excellence in quality and production while appealing to the diverse palette. Jomas Hill is surrounded by trees, a rich farmland, and the serenity of the countryside.

This pizza combines the vibrant flavors of Mexican street corn (Elote) with the savory goodness of steak, creating a unique and delicious pizza.

House made crema base, charred sweet corn seasoned with tajin locally grown by Carson Cervin, candied jalapeños & scallions from Prairie Drifter Farm, marinated steak, cotija cheese and a drizzle of house made cilantro lime crema.
