Polzin Cattle/Polzin Embryo Center Polzin Cattle and Polzin Embryo Center Chris and Leslie began Polzin Cattle in 2008. Chris grew up raising Simmental cattle with his family.

After graduating from college Chris started raising Charolais cattle. Leslie, as a child grew up in Southern California and moved to Minnesota. She has enjoyed every minute of the "farm life." We have two daughters Brooke and Desirae who have enjoyed being around the cattle. Along with raising Charolais we also have Red Angus and Simmental donors. Polzin Cattle, prides itself on making high quality females and industry leading bulls.

SAMI was campaigned by Brooke Polzin as one of the most successful heifers in the recent show seasons. Her wins included Champion Purebred Simmental at the 2023 Minnesota Simmental Field Day, Reserve Supreme Champion Breeding Heifer at the Minnesota Youth Livestock Expo, and Champion Simmental at the Minnesota State Fair. Her mother, B-C Lookin Sharp 7002E, is one of the Simmental breeds most recognizable young donors that adds style, quality, and value.
