Hello!

Fresh Rhubarb this week. Preorder Strawberry-Rhubarb and Rhubarb Custard (or other flavors) pies by Wednesday evening to be brought to the Dassel Farmers Market this Friday!

Yes, it’s true! My Kitchen Bakery will be at the Dassel Farmers Market this summer! Fridays 2:30 to 5:30. I do take preorders if you’re wanting specific bakery to be there otherwise there will be an assortment of fresh bakery, rhubarb, and jams and jellies there!

Bakery will still be delivered to Garden Nook Tea & Gifts, Ebenezer Country Store , and The Vintage Exchange Thursday mornings!

New week, fresh bakery! Our bakery uses fresh ground wheat, farm fresh eggs and has no added preservatives. Our chickens are happy, well fed, and free range!

Hello, Mary Pekkala here with My Kitchen Bakery!

I started selling bakery in the Dassel and Hutchinson areas in 2011 at the farmers market. In 2017, I opened a commercial kitchen and got my wholesale commercial food license. Since then, I have been filling personal orders and selling to stores via wholesale.

My main products are multiple flavors of artisan/savory breads and sweet treats, including cardomon bread, pies, cinnamon rolls, danishes, caramel rolls, cookies and much more!

I am currently baking Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders can be made by phone call, text message, email, messenger, or through one of the locations I am currently selling at.
