We have been making these salads daily, in the mornings, all summer. Due to wanting them fresh, and storage space we would sometimes run out before closing. NOW we are lucky to have any left before 3. The best part about our new menu has been taking all of our friends & family members recipes, and compiling them into the menu we offer now. These salads mean so much to us! They have been apart of our family, handed down recipes, and now you all get to enjoy them. I wanted to thank all of you that have reached out and told me how much you love them! ❤️❤️ Don't forget, you can preorder any salad too!

Are you looking to lose those unwanted pounds, become a healthier you? Come join our walk/jog/run group, at Island Time ,for the Hurricane run here on the island. You have a month to prepare, and this is an easy course. It's only 3.1 miles, and you do not have to run the entire thing. We all walk & run.. it will get you started on the path to a new you! Come by the shop, weigh in, and let us help you log your progress. We will be doing this 5k as a group, and I promise you will love the accountability & encouragement you will get from everyone. ❤️
