One of our most popular fall brews is on tap in Davidson!

Basic Bird is a cream ale that takes the traditional blend of malt, flaked corn, and oats and a touch of lactose combines it with a hint of Amarillo hops to balance the traditional sweetness of the ale. Conditioned on Tahitian vanilla beans and coffee beans from our friends at Summit Coffee Basecamp to give this b**r finished with subtle notes of vanilla and a fresh coffee flavor.
