So how do we manage AI? I feel there is space for it. Not to make fake cakes that we never created, but just as a support system.

For this cake, I had no time to set up my photo studio and I live in a small rental with bad lighting (all the excuses). And sometimes I need a little help.

I go into ChatGPT after correcting lightening (I use Lightroom) then say “Edit this image for me to change just the background to a ___insert what I want___. Keep the cake exactly the same.“

We’re home 🤍 and Young House Cakery is back in Auburn!
After a couple of years away, I’m so excited to be creating cakes (and now cookies) for the Auburn community again. I’ll share more about my cookie menu later on.

I’ll be taking a limited number of orders each month so I can give each one the time and care it deserves.

It’s been one year.

On this day last year our Beau passed away, leaving behind a family just wishing to hold their little baby. A little cake to remember because every baby deserves to be celebrated.
