As a chef I would add salt and spices to flavor my dishes as a farmer I add microbes and worm castings. To make sure I have the most microbial rich castings I produce them myself in my living room right next to my seed station. This bin was started with 2 pounds of worms and now has more than doubled in population they are really pushing out the castings. I’m now bringing lettuce and spinach to for you to take home and have a nice salad for dinner. The greens are in the cooler right next to the cans of great Hooby’s Brew.

I planted it in my greenhouse about 2 months ago and it got pretty hot in there some days. This spinach pushed through all that time and the crop is really awesome.
