Temperatures aren’t quite there yet but we couldn’t resist putting one of our chuck roast in the slow cooker for a Mississippi roast today!! Yess, it was tender and delicious!!! 10/10 recommend.

Pork, pork and more PORK!! We dropped off 6 300lbs pigs last week, and we just picked up this morning!!! This stuff is going to be especially good. We have pork chops, fresh ground pork, ribs, ground sausage, pork cutlets( like chicken fry steak) and roast. Football season is on us make your tailgate parties to be remembered. This sausage is a must have in some cheese dip and ribs won’t disappoint! These hogs were corn fed for 90days plus. Everything is $5/lbs! Message us to get your order in! FARM TO TABLE! SUPPORT LOCAL FARMERS!

Ground pork and sausage are in 1lbs packages, pork chops thin(4) thick(2)in a pkg avg 2lbs/package,
Roasts are avg 3-4lbs, ribs avg about 5lbs.

***We did recently pick up our beef, which practically SOLD OUT AT PICK UP!!🙌🏼 We do have some Sirloin($22/pkg), cubed steak($12/pkg), and roast($6/lbs)***

❗️UPDATE❗️
We have been a little quiet on this page since we have been out of product, but we’re still working behind the scenes!

We are taking our next set of cows to butcher on JULY 15th!! We will make a product post once we have it picked up!

We will also be comparing our prices with current market pricing soon! Be on the look out for that update!!

❗️LITLLE SURPRISE, WE WILL HAVE USDA INSPECTED PORK IN AUGUST❗️

I can not thank everyone enough for all the support you have given us on buying our beef. It is an amazing feeling to know that this product is well received and the effort on the farm isn’t going unnoticed. We have moved a little over 1000 pounds of meat in the last 4 days and there is still a few items left get them while you can because they won’t last long.

Sirloin /$20 2lb packages
Cube steaks/ chicken fry $10
Briskets $5lb they average 4-5lbs

If you have made an order but have not made arrangements for pickup yet please message us with your pickup date and time. We will be available all weekend.

If you would like to make an order please send us a message. We are currently limited in stock of the following items! cube steak(chicken fry), sirloin and brisket.

Once you have tried your product please come back and leave a review or tag us in your post!!

Our next butcher date is in July. We will NOT be taking preorders or money before we have product in hand!
