Segundo Dining Commons: This is

Scrubs Cafe: Scrubs Cafe is a UC Davis restaurant and coffee bar nestled in one of the new state-of-the-art buildings in the Health Sciences district on the UC Davis campus.

We've really enjoyed having Chef Freddie Bitsoie (former executive chef at the Smithsonian Museum of the American Indian) at Cuarto DC and then Segundo DC this week for our Native American Heritage Month platform takeovers.

We've got one more night of his recipes and a demonstration at the Tercero DC on Nov. 16th starting at 5pm, demonstration will start at 6pm!

Chef's menu for Tercero DC will be Braised Chicken with Sage and Chokecherry Sauce, Mashed Butternut Squash, Three Sister Salad, and New Mexican Red Chile Posole.
