Yesterday was potato day!
I processed 15 lbs as cubed seasoned potatoes and 15 lbs of shredded potatoes.
Yielding 18 quarts total.

Our cantry is getting full for the winter.
I love this time of year.

Chicken and gnocchi for dinner.

I have never loved a crockpot. Never!
I've been challenging myself these last few weeks to use one and try to make busy nights easier.
It gets challenging when you have 30 minutes to eat between home from school and sports.

What are your tried and true crockpot meals?
Care to share the recipe? I've never been a recipe girl either. Which is super hard when you're trying to come up with different meal options.
I just throw in what feels right but find myself sticking to the same rotation.
