Heading into week 2 of upper 90’s and heat indexes into the 100’s…only getting down to the mid-70’s at night….and Möet still working hard to fill the bucket night and day. Gotta love does with the will to milk!

OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM THE MAPLE WIND ALPINES

We normally prefer to handle internal matters privately, but due to recent activity on this page, we feel we can no longer remain silent.

We have noticed a rather alarming increase in posts featuring a certain Saanen and Nubian.

We understand they are new. We understand they are exciting. We understand some of you may even find them cute.

But let us be VERY clear.

They have been accepted into our home.

Accepted.

Not promoted.
Not elected.
Not placed in charge.

We, the Alpines, have graciously opened our pasture, shared our hay, and allowed these newcomers to experience the privilege of residing at Maple Wind.

But somewhere along the way, the public seems to have forgotten one very important detail:

THIS IS STILL THE HOUSE OF ALPINE.

We are the queens. We are the establishment. We were here first. And frankly, we have shown tremendous restraint throughout this entire transition.

The Saanen and Nubian are welcome members of the household, and we wish them every success in their respective supporting roles.

But there will be no further discussion regarding the line of succession.

Thank you for respecting our privacy during this difficult time.

Signed,
The Maple Wind Alpines

Founders. Management. Royalty.
