These hens have been sitting on a bunch of eggs for a while. They are more interested in sitting on the eggs than caring for the chicks that hatch! So when I hear cheeps, I have to put in my hand, get pecked, of course, and retrieve a chick for the brooder. Six so far!

We sold out quickly and today will be loading up the incubators 😍
