Hillside Farms and Cattle Established in 1999. They are a medium-sized, hardy breed of cattle, light red to very dark red in color, and are raised for both milk and beef. (Columbia)

One of the only known genetic defect free breeds of cattle, Red Poll cattle--pōl, breed of polled (hornless) cattle, originated in England c.1846. Well established throughout the world, they are found in the United States chiefly in the Midwest.
