Starfire Farm Breeder of Georgian Grande Sport Horses; Friesian / American Saddlebred cross Starfire Farm was founded to promote the Georgian Grande Sport Horses.

In our experience, the rare crossing of the Friesian and Saddlebred breeds produces an exceptional horse. Each breed complements one another in their quality and traits, including their beauty, confirmation, temperaments, smooth gaits, movement. This cross is especially talented and learns quickly, aiming to please the owner and willing to become a partner with the owner in all that is desired. T

he Georgian Grande can come in many colors and heights, but Starfire Farm's focus is on developing the palomino/buckskin color. However, we also offer some bays and blacks. We try to breed for the height of 15.3- 16.2 as we have found this seems to be a good height for most sporting events. These horses are bred to perform and excel in Dressage, Eventing, Jumping, Driving, Gaited, Trail, Trick Training, as well as many other horse events. Galaxy is such a ham! He loves his ball and gets quite ruff with it. We are constantly finding it over the fence and have to throw it back. At least I finally got a video of him playing with it. He loves that ball!
