What a way to close out our summer series of Rooted in the Valley!

A huge thank you to Chef John Thomas and the team at Thistle Restaurant for another incredible dinner, and an equally big thank you to the farmers and producers who grew, raised, and made the ingredients that brought Spice to life.

And we sincerely appreciate those who joined us to support local farms & producers. These dinners have always been about more than great food and cider. They’re about bringing people together, supporting the farmers, producers, and chefs who make the Willamette Valley such an incredible place to eat and drink, and sharing a meal that tells the story of where we live.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this dinner, and the entire Rooted in the Valley series, so special. 🍎

We’re so excited to share another new release! This one’s a personal favorite that we highly recommend to folks getting into our ciders for the first time!

Our 2025 Fréquin Rouge blends French bittersweet apples, Fréquin Rouge and Kermerrien, with the bright red fruit and acidity of Oregon-grown Airlie Red.

Expect aromas of cherry, leather, and ripe apple, with rich red fruit, deep tannins, and a smooth acidic finish balanced by a touch of natural sweetness.

Available now at our tasting room!

We’ve been reaching for this one a lot lately.

One of our personal favorites—and a Northwest Cider Cup Gold Medal winner; our Perry is made from a blend of traditional perry pears and Anjou pears from Underwood, Washington. Naturally fermented with native yeast, it offers delicate aromatics, bright fruit, and the classic tannic structure that makes perry such a special drink.

Stop by the tasting room for a glass, or bring a few bottles home by ordering through our website. We’d love for you to taste why it’s become one of our favorites.

RAW Cider is featured in Food & Wine !
The article highlights this year’s Northwest Cider Cup Northwest Cider Association , highlighting our three gold medals ciders🥇 that won in their respective categories. Including both Perry categories and the high tannin cider category, along with being named Small Cidery of the Year.
It’s pretty special to see our cider and the work we care so deeply about represented on a national stage. A huge thank you to the Northwest Cider Association, Food & Wine, and everyone who continues to support what we do.
We’ll raise a glass to that!

Cider may be what fills the glass, but the stories shared, memories made, and friendships formed are what truly fill our tasting room. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that it all happens over a few award-winning ciders, but we’ll try not to brag. Come pull up a seat, share a glass, and stay awhile. Our tasting room is open Thursday - Sunday 12-6.
