Something I cooked awhile ago..

Nasi Hujan Panas (Rainbow rice), chicken rendang & acar.

Special dish usually served at holiday events, parties such as wedding, engagement, birthday, etc.

Rainbow rice is cooked in butter, aromatics & ghee.

Rendang chicken is creamier than curry with roasted coconut paste.

Acar is pickled vegetables & pineapple.

Psst… I made it up 🤫 Murtabak usually made of chicken, beef or lamb. Thought I wanted to try the shrimps to see if it works.. at least my son loves it..

And pickle onions is marinating 🤤
