The outdoor market vendor line up for Saturday, July 8th is packed with growers, ranchers, specialty and artisan vendors including fresh, local, top of the season produce, cut flowers and herbs coming in from Gypsy Chick Farm, Corner Hill Farm, Harry's Ole'd Country Orchard and Produce, Pay It Forward Farm CSA, and Garber Farms. Meats from The Maker's Meadow, specialty cut floral bouquets from local floral growers Consider the Lilies, and native plants from Deeply Rooted Landscapes.
Also joining the line up is Maria's Unique Foods ,Sweet Emmy Herbals,Monster Baby Donuts, Seli Foods, Lucy's Pastry Palace,BakedWright Gourmet,Trout for Trout, Catch Some Son, Marie B. Mobile Mending, Reduce & Reuse Refillery, and Ruff Paws Dog Training will all be here for your Saturday shopping at the 2nd Street Market.

This is FABULOUS news for Little Fish Brewing Co. Dayton Station and for Downtown Dayton: Becky Clark, who spent quite a bit of time here setting up the kitchen and menu for the new Dayton location of Little Fish Brewing Company - Athens, Ohio, has received a highly coveted nomination for Best Chef/Great Lakes Region from the James Beard Foundation. Get your Good Hands Bread co bread and pretzels on FRIDAY (11-3) or SATURDAY (9-3) at the 2nd Street Market this weekend, because my son Andrew will be out of town Sunday! Come down and visit Julie Tefft Fisher and me tomorrow and Saturday. P.S. this bread is as delicious as it looks!

The weekend is near and we’re busy mixing, shaping and proofing all the wonderful bread for the upcoming market. Please note that Good Hands will NOT be at 2nd Street this Sunday the 22nd, as Morgan and I will be in Cleveland celebrating the wedding of Ohio’s coolest flower farmer, 🥳 We will be open normal hours tomorrow and Saturday. The food here is pretty awesome, and is very different from other local breweries' offerings.

Hi Dayton! We’ve got a beautiful taplist for ya, with 3 new beers, a handcrafted ginger ale, and a total of 20 Little Fish offerings. Here’s what just got tapped:
-Vax Up, Yo!: 100% Ohio-grown Bavarian hefeweizen. 5.7% abv. Malts from and hops from Barn Talk.
-Pawpaw Weizen: the same 100% Ohio-grown hefeweizen, refermented on pawpaw fruit foraged in the Athens area and processed by . 5.7% abv.
-Reinheitsgewhat!? Rosé: Quick-sour wheat ale (fermented with Lachancea yeast, which ferments and produces lactic acid), refermented on raspberry purée, and “dry-herbed” with hibiscus in the bright tank. 4.2% abv.
-Rugrat Ginger Ale, a handcrafted soda that we make from hand-peeled fresh ginger, organic sugar, and water. That’s it! 0% abv.
• The beers we craft are diverse and rooted in an identity of Ohio-grown ingredients for the majority of almost all our beers (the only exception being the crispy European-style lagers which will be returning shortly). If you like beer, there WILL be something for you on this draft list. Come check it out!
