Oak & Ember Farms

Oak and Ember Farms is an experience-driven, regenerative farm located just a few miles outside of downtown Dayton, OH. Our journey began in 2020 when our founding partner formed a group to purchase this beautiful 36 acre farm that was steeped in rich history. From being the homestead of late Bluegrass Hall of Fame legends “The Osborne Brothers” to being the over 50 year home to local BBQ pioneers

To date we have over 10k hours in restoration redevelopment efforts and just completed our first successful year of organic, no-till market gardening and native plant nursery operations. We have developed several strategic partnerships inside of the community and have grown speciality ingredients for some of the top restaurants and chefs in our city. Oak and Ember Foundation (501c3 non-profit) has engaged several hundred students through our relationship with Kettering Alternative Program, Fairmount High school, and other various youth-oriented programs. As a regenerative operation, we put great intention into how we add to and remove from the earth. That, paired with our devotion to community and meaningful connections, we are embracing the idea of leading a revival of the soil and the soul.
