Earlier this month, Remy took the wines north to Astoria for two unforgettable evenings at Gaetano’s After Hours — an Italian-inspired wine dinner where Remy poured alongside Chef Rachel’s stunning five-course prix fixe menu. From spring pea ravioli to spumoni gelato cake, it was an evening that felt like a love letter to Italy, right on the Oregon coast.

Thank you to everyone who joined us — the energy in that room was something special.
