Make a label for my latest mead! Hard Apple Pie Mead. :)

I was thinking Santa w/o his hat, cigar and mug of frothy ale (or mead!) in his hand.

I know a lot of you are super good with art, let's see what you guys can come up with.

Well, my hands smell like pineapples, idk if that's a bad thing, but the Sour Mead is done...just needs a couple weeks to infuse and then bulk age. :)

Blackberry Mead (basic mead, no fruit), Cherry Mead (made with hand-picked & pitted cherries from Dayton), and a commissioned Pineapple/Granny Smith Apple Mead which will be ready in a few weeks. Pretty productive summer mead brewing!

Just finished starting a 24 gallon barrel of mead.

It took a few days to get it rolling (not to mention a few months of planning).

I would have taken pictures, but that would require scrubbing down after each take because I was elbow deep in local blackberry honey & filtered water.

This is the start of a "sour" mead, focusing on Granny Smith apples and other tart fruits.

I will post updates as the fermentation progresses.
