Good morning everyone, i’ve had many of you asking when i’m smoking again? As of now i won’t be having any weekly smokes until work cuts back hours with that being said i am taking thanksgiving orders for thanksgiving style turkey and my soon to be famous cajun turkey breasts!!! Special requests are available also, I’ll be smoking all night the night before thanksgiving… requests include wings and ribs!!

Before i post the next smoke id just like to thank everyone on their support and feedback on the food and business itself in general… You’re all so amazing kind and generous!!! serving delicious food and lunches to you these past 3 months has been truly a blessing to me!!! I cannot thank you enough!!!

After another unbelievably successful turkey and ribs smoke, i think we should do some more bologna!!! Taking orders for smoked bologna 🐽 sandwiches next Monday!!! As always you can pick up fresh and ready to eat sundays at 12pm capping at 40 orders!! Order now!!!!!

Hello, just wanted to update everyone as i won’t be doing a public smoke for labor day as getting all my material restocked has taken a bit longer than expected… the good news is im still smoking and experimenting for the upcoming menu to be released. Can you say BBQ Lasagna 😳🤤 the next smoke will be Sunday September 8 and will be doing 50 turkey sandwiches!! I’ll make another post next week to remind everyone and willl be passing out flyers at work.

Bologna was a hit once again!!! And the Turkey just fell apart in your mouth!!! Thank you all again so much for your support, we’re growing each week thanks to you lovely folks… Taking 1 week off to spent the weekend with my little. Will be back smoking Labor day weekend for College Football!!!! Taking orders the next 2 weeks, you name it i’ll make it 😎
