🍺 🍻 CARILLON BREWING CO. — the nation's only production brewery in a museum — has NEW HOURS: Wednesday–Sunday, 11 a.m.–7 p.m. While food service is currently unavailable at the brewery, anyone visiting Carillon Historical Park can enjoy the fantastic menu at Culp's Café — open Tuesday–Sunday, 10 a.m.–3 p.m. 🍽️

As the only U.S. brewery that replicates the historic brewing process, Carillon Brewing Co. will continue to offer visitors samples, flights, brewing demonstrations, historically brewed craft beers and more.

A truly one-of-a-kind place, the brewery gives visitors a taste of 1850s-era Dayton through the authentically prepared drink of the times!

🍻🍺 Carillon Brewing Co. remains open for business Wednesday–Sunday, 11 a.m.–7 p.m. Our purpose remains the same: to bring Dayton’s brewing heritage to life through live brewing demonstrations, costumed interpreters and an array of beers, all in a one-of-a-kind historic setting.

Sadly, our partnership with Dayton BBQ has come to an end. It was a great run, and we’ll miss their amazing barbecue. We wish them the best in their next venture.

Roggenbier is on tap! 🍺 Come enjoy this fall favorite German Rye Ale. Available at Carillon Brewing Company. This ale is fermented in white American oak barrels with rye malt and a German wheat yeast. It tastes like peppery banana bread.

Additionally, we’ll be brewing Kolsch tomorrow, September 18 and Porter this Saturday, September 19.
