Join us for a very special food and w**e pairing flight celebrating the season. Dahlia harvest brings so many wonderful visual feasts to our gardens and the cascading landscapes of the Willamette Valley. Did you know they are edible and pair lovely with Pinot noir and cheese? We've been inspired by a local cheese maker to pair up a special cheese flight for this weekend as our estate property dahlia blooms are beautiful -the impending rain is coming and these petals won't be as flavorful and delicate once El Niño officially arrives with increased precipitation in our area!
Seufert W**ery is proud to be a family namesake of the co-op head cheese making team from its inception now at five generations. If you know us- we always have our Tillamook cheddar on hand for our tasting room eats.
Pop in for a pairing flight, walk-ins welcome. Reservations encouraged.

About Hoffsdatter -David and Staci Tanksley live on the beautiful Oregon Coast where they raised their kids, Travis and Alyssa. David is the craftsman behind the leather and Staci does the jewelry and charms. David has been a wood craftsman for 40+ years and has been working with leather for the past 3 years. His attention to detail is seen in every item he makes. Staci has been a massage therapist for 20+ years and has done jewelry as a hobby for the same amount of time.
