The American Croquette Company was created to fulfill the need for delicious, crispy, creative, and cost effective appetizers. We are currently one of two companies in the United States currently offering croquettes. Webster’s dictionary defines croquettes as ‘a small often rounded mass consisting usually of minced meat, fish, or vegetable coated with egg and bread crumbs and deep-fried’. We here at The American Croquette Company want to bring the Croquette into the 21st century by creating croquettes with a combination of familiar ingredients that encompass the essence of bold ingredients that intermingle to create a smooth balance of flavors and textures.
We are currently offering our Award Winning Reuben Croquettes to restaurants in Ohio. The Reuben Croquette consists of shredded Corned Beef, fresh Sauerkraut, Swiss Cheese, and German Rye bread. These ingredients are combined and formed into 1.25 ounce portions (about the size of a golf ball) then dredged into German Rye bread. Once frozen and packaged these Croquettes are ready for shipment to your restaurant. To prepare simply deep fry for 6 minutes at 325º or 4 minutes at 375º and top with Thousand Island Dressing. Certified by the Ohio Department of Agriculture, the United States Department of Agriculture, Montgomery County, and the Ohio Department of Food Safety.
