Around here he serves as our part-time chicken supervisor, full-time spoiled pig, and unofficial snack inspector. šŸ˜‚

He takes his farm duties very seriouslyā€¦ especially if those duties involve food.

Weā€™re pretty excited to share that Cedar Creek Farmstand is now a verified seller with Homemade Texas. ā¤ļø

For me, the badge is nice, but what matters more is what it represents. I want our customers to know that I care about food safety, that I try to stay up to date on Texas cottage food laws, and that I take seriously the responsibility of making food for other people and their families.

There is a lot of trust involved when someone buys homemade food from a small business, and I never want to take that for granted. Iā€™m always learning, always trying to do things the right way, and always working to make Cedar Creek better.

Weā€™re very thankful for every person who stops by the farmstand, shops with us at a market, shares one of our posts, or tells a friend about us. You all are the reason we get to keep doing this. ā¤ļø
