What a beautiful day to be out at the Dayton Community Center for the Roots of Magnolia Mkt! ☀️ Yes, it was a little spicy outside 😂, but I’m so grateful to live somewhere we can freely spend our days outside, enjoying our community and doing what we love.

A HUGE thank you to all of our customers—both new faces and familiar ones—who came out to see us today! Every purchase, every conversation, and every person who stops by our table means more to us than you know. ❤️

And we’re already looking forward to next weekend!

🌻 Saturday: Market in the Park at Mont Belvieu City Park | 8 AM–Noon

🍷 Sunday: Yepez Winery | 4–8 PM

Sunday will be our very first evening market, and I’m ridiculously excited about it! I think an evening at the winery with local vendors sounds like a pretty darn good way to spend a Sunday. 😉

Come see us next weekend and stock up on all the sweet treats and homemade jams you need!

Hey y’all! If you will be in the Dayton Saturday between 9-1 stop by the community center and check out the farmers market Roots of Magnolia Mkt ! Happy back to school day friends! Hope all the kiddos got back to school safely and had a great day today. And congratulations parents on another successful summer! The farmstand is open today from 4-8. Stop by and grab yourself and/or the kiddos a sweet treat! We have a good selection of jams, deep dish chocolate chip cookies, cookies and cream cookies, banana nut bread, Texas sheet cakes and a couple dozen eggs! (The hens are currently on strike it appears! JK they are molting right now so egg production is at a tragic low right now.) If you can’t stop out tonight, we will be open again Fri-Sun from 10-7!

Grocery store spices don’t have anything on mine! The majority of our nonstop cayenne pepper harvests have been dehydrated this year for red pepper flakes. Not only is the heat there, you have a really deep rich pepper flavor. You can’t get that with store bought peppers! Those are quart jars. I suspect I will have two jars by the time December comes around and the possibility of a frost comes! I’m hoping for 2.5. Red pepper flake is also great for chicken supplementation when the weather turns cooler. 💕💕
