Garlic harvest is wrapped up, but we’re already thinking ahead to next season. We’re converting a new field to garlic seed, carefully shaping the beds and getting everything just right. It takes planning, precision, and a whole lot of attention to detail. The finished beds should look like giant Kit Kats—just don’t try to break one off!
