Have you ever seen a garlic harvester?

When it comes to harvesting late garlic, the right equipment makes all the difference. We use a top-air harvester to efficiently lift, clean, and collect the garlic while keeping the crop moving smoothly through the harvesting process.

Here’s how it works: the harvester first lifts the garlic bulbs from the soil, bringing the plants up and into the machine. As the crop moves through the harvester, air and mechanical separation help remove loose soil, dirt, and other debris from the bulbs. The garlic is then collected and transferred for further handling and processing.

It’s a great example of how specialized equipment and careful timing come together to get a crop out of the field efficiently. From breaking ground to getting the crop harvested, there’s a lot that goes into producing a successful harvest!

We’ve been a little quiet around here lately—and for good reason! 🌱🚜

The last few months have been a whirlwind as we’ve been busy with harvests, long days in the field, and everything that comes with keeping the farm moving. We may have been quiet on social media, but there’s been plenty happening behind the scenes!
